Joe’s practice has involved civil litigation in both state and federal court at both the trial and appellate levels. He has tried or arbitrated dozens of cases over a 30+ year period. The cases he handles most commonly involve either trust disputes, breach of contract, statutory violations, easement and adverse possession disputes, tort claims, shareholder disputes or LLC membership disputes but there are many other types of cases he has handled over the years.
In addition to litigation, Joe’s practice involves representing buyers or sellers in real estate transactions and business sales, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, and drafting a variety of business and real estate related contracts. He is creative, practical and timely in providing solutions to client problems.

When not working, Joe can be spotted smoking cigars, wine tasting or riding motorcycles.
