Nathan practices in a variety of areas including estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, civil litigation, and business transactions and real estate. He represents both professional and non-professional clients in contested matters, with an emphasis in fiduciary related litigation involving estates, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships. He seeks practical solutions to complex problems and strives to take a reasonable approach to resolve contentious, and often emotionally charged, cases.

Outside of work Nathan enjoys hiking, reading, sampling local craft beers, and spending time with his wife and son.
