Steve practices in several areas including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and trust administration. He also works extensively with guardianships and conservatorships. In addition, as part of his practice in these areas he prepares estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts and individual income tax returns. He has been interested in issues related to protection for developmentally disabled people and assisting the parents of those children in planning for financial security of their children after the parents are no longer living. Steve has spoken frequently at seminars to parents of children with developmental disabilities on this topic. He has also served on the board of directors of the ARC of Multnomah County and was awarded the Walter Fuhrer Star award by ARC for his volunteer services. Steve provides diligent, personal and comprehensive representation to a wide variety of clients. With over forty years of experience with the firm, Steve has had the pleasure of working with generations of families.

Outside of work Steve enjoys music, traveling, reading and architecture.
