Nathan practices in a variety of areas including estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, civil litigation, and business transactions and real estate. He represents both professional and non-professional clients in contested matters, with an emphasis in fiduciary related litigation involving estates, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships. He seeks practical solutions to complex problems and strives to take a reasonable approach to resolve contentious, and often emotionally charged, cases.
Outside of work Nathan enjoys hiking, reading, sampling local craft beers, and spending time with his wife and son.

Brook’s practice encompasses estate planning, probate, trust administration, elder financial abuse litigation, general civil litigation, and other matters. He represents personal representatives, trustees, heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, and other interested parties in a variety of trust and estate related issues, including matters being brought before the court. Brook is committed to effectively communicating with his clients to educate and empower them to make important legal decisions.
Away from the office, Brook and his wife, Sarah, can often be found at a local dog park, craft beer festival or a soccer bar cheering on their favorite team, Tottenham Hotspur.
